Idea and Solution

• Wafers are used commercially as decorations for ice cream servings during the 19th Century.
• An idea was made to introduce wafers with cream filling in between and making it multiple layers so that they can be enjoyed.
• So back then in 2008, we introduced a range of flavored Wafers like Chocolate, Pineapple, Strawberry, and Orange in a Pack of 150g which can be enjoyed by a family of 4 people in one GO.
• Yankee Consumer Products identified the scope of hygienically packing these wafers in food-grade packing material. These wafers are baked and packed in an ISO 22000 HACCP-certified unit. Gradually, Blackjack was introduced in the year 2008 as gained the trust of more than 2 million customers of different demographics.
